We are proud to announce the new Pecan Creek HOA website.

First, we would like to call your attention to the email signup area at top of the sidebar on the right. As a resident of the Pecan Creek community it is important to stay informed about monthly meeting, community events like Spooktacular, and more.

Please take a moment to sign up for our email distribution list in order to receive important updates. After submitting your email address, you will be sent an email with a confirmation link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will not share your information with third parties.

New Payment Links

Directly underneath the signup form in the sidebar are new payment links that take you directly to the AAM pages for paying your monthly assessment. Note the bottom link takes you to the Payment Instructions page.

Classified Ads

Next, please notice the new Classifieds section. If you wish to post a classified to promote your local small business, hobby, event or garage sale, please submit a classified. Only appropriate content will be approved and this is free of charge.

 Community Forum

A community forum is in the works and will be added to the site in the near future. Meanwhile, many of the pages on the site now allow comments to be posted. Comments with inappropriate content or language will not be approved.

Cost

This website redesign has been donated by a Pecan Creek resident, who offered the service as a way to contribute to the community, with no additional cost to the HOA budget. This is just one of the many ways that residents (homeowners and renters alike) can work with the HOA in order to improve our community.
