The Pecan Creek Block Watch is a separate entity in our community.
We have provided this space on the Pecan Creek HOA website as a courtesy to the Block Watch and for the benefit of our community. Any Block Watch related issues should be reported to the Block Watch Coordinator.

Use the Neighborhood Phone Tree to keep track of your neighbor’s information. This will help to identify what vehicles should be in the neighborhood and what vehicles are suspicious. It will also give you a point of contact in case something should happen.
Property Inventory Form
The Property Inventory Form should be used to list all your valuables for insurance or theft purposes. The form includes space to add serial numbers and pictures of the items.
